Sometimes, it may help to sign out of Pandora, and then sign back in using the email address associated with your upgraded account. If you are still seeing ads after confirming you are logged in with the correct address, can you tell me a bit more about the advertising you are seeing? Is it for a specific brand or artist? @mcorujo59 I moved your post over to this existing thread: Will I lose my collection when upgrading? Upgrading to any of our paid services will not result in the loss of your history or collection. This being said, I do see you currently have two accounts created: A new account you recently created (on 09/11/2024) and upgraded to our Premium Military Plan Your original account that is currently set up with the free service Your best option would be to delete the new account you created and cancel the trial on that account to avoid charges. You can then update your original account with your current email address. That way, you don't have to start all over again with creating new stations. If you'd like to proceed with this, please submit a message to our support team here. @dewine Pandora will never play the seed songs. The response from @AdamPandora implies that they may play at some point, but I've proven, beyond any doubt, that seed songs never play, regardless of your account type. The powers that be at Pandora don't seem to have any interest in changing the way it works. ... View more

I remember when this actually WAS a thing you could do on Pandora(the closest thing you can do now is remember the name/artist of the song you like, navigate to the channel you want it on, add it as a seed, then thumb it down on the channel it's playing on 'incorrectly'). I don't understand their reasoning for a lot of things, especially the removal of useful features like that. You used to be able to tell it to move it to another station & I think it would put it under that stations thumbed-up songs. It's been like a decade though, so memory's a bit old. 😒 Pandora!
