I'm coming back here because, while I have no proof this is the case, I think what might be the problem is that my phone (Pixel 3) lost updates/support by Google earlier this year. There is definitely something wrong with Pandora and Android devices going on right now. I'm not sure how widespread it is, but I had Pandora Plus and was having the no-download issue. I was then given a trial of Pandora Premium and the issue still exists. I guess I'll be dropping my plan altogether and switching to Spotify or something else for my music once my free trial runs out.  I can manually download music using premium now, but it's not a user friendly experience and takes a lot of time... ... I can't go into offline mode because of this error message:  It never even starts downloading. See the below image:  Again, when I tried this on my wife's iPhone, it started immediately. The second photo, if taken on her phone, would have shown a status for the download. Nothing ever comes up on my phone, though. I just double-checked -- I am using 56.19GB of 64GB on my phone.  Can I get a free upgrade to premium (even if only temporary)? 2 reasons -- 1, to see if I can force a download in premium and 2, because I'm paying for this service almost exclusively so I can listen in offline mode when I'm not in wifi range, and I can't use that feature. ... I have a pixel 3 with google fi. I've always had 2 stations and thumbprint radio. i thought i was supposed to have 3 and thumbprint but maybe that's wrong. anyway, i followed the steps to remove the stations and try to redownload them, and now i have no stations. i have followed the steps of clearing data, giving the app battery permissions, leaving it running in the foreground and turning offline mode on and back off. i deleted and redownloaded the app. to check and see if it's just my phone, i used my wife's iphone and signed in, and it immediately started downloading my music (though it still just has 2 stations and thumbprint -- so is that correct)?    how do i get my stations back on my phone? ...
