Android: Pandora Starts Playing After Being Closed

I'm on Android using the app and it unpauses all the time. During the day I can live with it but I'm sick of being woke up by this app

The problem does not seem resolved to me....  I am having this issue.   My phone wakes me up while I am sleeping, by just randomly playing.     Happens randomly during the day too.

I will be doing the troubleshooting steps....  but how can an issue be considered resolved, when it is still happening to people?    People aren't going to want to troubleshoot their phone.   They will just choose a different app than Pandora.

Please make this stop! Pandora will literally open and start playing a vulgar station that I listen to in the privacy of my car or shower not in the bank or my son's school! Always the same same station even if it wasn't the last one listened to and it starts at 9am everyday! If this doesn't stop I will delete pandora and go with Spotify. I have heart disease and when it starts it scares me and causes my heart rate to spike. This app is literally going to give me a heart attack!

This just happened to me, and I never got back to sleep at all afterwards.  Samsung Galaxy S7.  I will just delete the app, it is not worth this kind of rude middle of the night awakening.
