Ooo, my favorite laid-back artist would most definitely be PLÜM. Their music is just so bright and chill, I 100% recommend this artist for chill, laid-back listening.

@TannerPandora I love Jesse Ware's music...And you're right, she has some of the smoothest music out there, very relaxing and laid-back. I would also add Jewel, of course; it doesn't get more laid-back than her style of music. I would also add some of Moby and Max Richter.
