I listen to about anything when I do my schoolwork.

I like listening to low-fi cause it helps me focus and is just chill. And it has no lyrics so I don't get distracted singing along lol

Same! 😂 Lyrics distract me, I need instrumental or lo-fi. Otherwise, it's a sing-along or dance off. 🕺

Okay, I listen to either Christian rap (NF, Dax, KB, etc.) Or trance, which is basically electronic lo-fi. (Artists like barnacle boi, Skeler, skrux, [although skrux is EDM/ Dance, I still count them as chill 😁]).

Oh shoot, and why? Okay, so Christian rap really strengthens my spirit and mood, which enables me to see the bigger, eternal picture in life. Now trance is straight up ponder fuel (yes, I just came up with that term, sounds legit), it allows me to focus and really think on what it is I am doing, which would be homework at that moment. I seriously recommend it!

I like listening calm music. If I'm in a public space, I like listening stations like Brown Noise Radio.

My siblings love listening to artists such as Thomas Bergersen while doing school. The music is epic so maybe you could imagine yourself defeating terrible math problems and conquering papers.

@GenyaRaspberry I do the same. If I listen songs with lyrics, they have to bee songs that I know very well so I don't get distracted.

@LeonPandora I agree. If I listen to noise that i know well, I won't have to hyperfocus on remembering lyrics. This seems off topic, but I have a weird disorder of where I hyperfixate on things most people don't mind. Like memorizing lyrics or finishing a podcast episode. (Listening to all the words. Even the Ads) Anyways! Yes, just listen to music you know very well

 then after like the last day before its due I do it at night and I always turn it late 😁

Homework does suck. I am in high-school, the homework up here is tough.

@GenyaRaspberry Same for me. What I struggle with the most in High School is knowing that I will probably will never use these concepts in real life positions. Maybe I would use them if I became a scientist, engineer and English teacher but I am not interested in those careers.

@pinkkiller To go back to what I listen to while doing school. I listen to music with words while I do math but any other subject I do better if it is instrumental.
