Safari: No audio with playback

Have a problem:  no audio when using my laptop and signed into Pandora and trying to use My collection.  Any thoughts

@johnsteuterman I moved your post over to the Desktop space.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?

I am using my MacAir desktop.

After logging into Pandora to set up my account some time ago, i have been using the pandora app that sits in Safari.

This issue of no audio when accessing ‘my collections’ is a recent problem that is not resolved by ‘restarting’ my Mac.

Hi @johnsteuterman 

I took a look at your account and I didn't see anything un-unusal on my end. To determine if it's a browser related issue, can you please try listening to Pandora on Firefox  or Google Chrome.
