Have a problem: no audio when using my laptop and signed into Pandora and trying to use My collection. Any thoughts

I took a look at your account and I didn't see anything un-unusal on my end. To determine if it's a browser related issue, can you please try listening to Pandora on Firefox or Google Chrome.
