The shuffle function has stopped working on my account. I've tried logging in with other browsers and still no shuffle, so I'm sure it's not a Firefox issue. I've searched the other threads and taken all of the recommended steps with no luck. Please advise. Thanks!

Windows, Premium account. Using chrome Pandora.com
I've cleared my cache, deleted browsing history.
My stations appear, the shuffle button is present however, the shuffle button won't work at all. Even clicking certain stations, the station won't change.

Still nothing on Microsofts Browser. Same issues.
I am having the same issue. When I hit the Shuffle field, nothing happens. There are not fields next to the station names in order to toggle them on

I can't shuffle my playlists. I selected a few stations I wanted to listen to, but it just plays the stations I had on shuffle the last time I used Pandora. (In 2016!)
I stopped using Pandora a few years ago and switched to Spotify because I could choose what to listen to on Spotify, (which wasn't a feature on Pandora at the time) and because my favorite feature on Pandora--that's shuffle--stopped working.
I kinda missed the variety I got on Pandora when I put stations on shuffle, so I decided to come back and check it out, but it's been almost three years, and shuffle is still broken!!!
Basically, without the ability to shuffle my stations, Pandora isn't worth anything to me. I'd be willing to purchase the premium membership (it's cheaper than Spotify) if Pandora could fix shuffle, but until then, Pandora is just not worth it. Shuffle was what made Pandora so enjoyable for me, I could choose exactly what type of music I wanted, but there was still some randomness thrown in there to keep things interesting, and I could find new music.

One one of my desktops operating Windows 10 Home, I have suddenly lost the shuffle feature It defaults to whatever the last channel is and stays there. It shuffles within the channel, but does not switch channels.
