My collection disappeared from account

I have been creating playlists since Pandora started and last night, everything I've put together disappeared. I don't see any playlists under my collection now. How do I get them back? I'm devastated.

Hi @Dromeo0404 

I checked the Pandora account associated with your community profile and it looks like you may have more than one Pandora account.

This account was created in 2018, only has 4 stations, with the last station added back in 2019.

I would check any other email address that you have that could have been used to create a Pandora account. If you're still having trouble, I can escalate to our Listener Care team for further assist you.

I have checked all of my other emails. I am assuming that you can see the other account/accounts and I would like assistance to restore it/log into it. I've been collecting my Pandora stations and songs for years and am lost without my music. Thank you!

Same problem as Dromeo0404.  It deleted at least a thousand songs, collections, likes, etc.

@johncrist3 The Pandora account connected to your community profile was created recently on 2/7/2025.

Your original account is likely registered under a different email address still.

If you remember what email address you used, I recommend signing out, and then signing back in with that email address.

I have also created a ticket with our support team for you.

They will be contacting you privately via email to help look into this further, so please keep an eye out for their message.

Hello Adam.  Thank you for helping.  Here is some (more) information I've gathered, along with some questions.  Hopefully this will help you/me.

A.  I just opened Pandora on my mobile phone:

  1. All my playlists, likes, etc. are in tact.  Whew !!!
  2. Profile information is as follows:  "john.crist7" (NOT "john.crist3"), 541 THUMBS, 6 PLAYLISTS, 0 FOLLOWERS, 0 FOLLOWING, Thumbprint Radio "Music inspired by your 1,635 thumbs from across all your stations."
  3. I don't know the password.  How do I reset it without risk of losing everything?

B.  Opening Pandora on my desktop:

  1. This was the basis for my original post, which stated I'd lost everything.
  2. User name: "john.crist3". 

C.  Here are all the possible email addresses I might have used over the years:

D.   Email address vs. user name.

  1. Please explain where I use an email address vs. a user name.
  2. Can there be more than one email address for a given user name?
  3. Can there be more than one user name for a given email address?
