I was looking for an app to hear music, I saw that Pandora has great prices so I wanted to give it a try. It said 1 month free so I subscribed and then I received a message saying that I got bill, instantly. I canceled my subscription and already don't like it. Someone help me out with this.

I just signed up for the 60 day free trial on your website, but it still charged me 9.99 upfront. I need to request a refund and perhaps see why I was charged before the trial even ended.

On Friday Sept 6th I bought a Premium subscription. That same night I decided to cancel Apple Music and bring my whole family to Premium Family, that will save us some money. My question is this: why did I lose my trail Period and charged $19.07 that very same night? It should still be under the trail period.
