I am billed $5.35 through google and $5.40 through apple for the same account! Completely unacceptable!! Apple has only agreed to refund me two. Two!! Since last december of 2018!!! If this isn't resolved.... Spotify you have just won a new faithful customer!!! Cause I have been faithful to you all for a very long time for this to happen to me.

Our support team mentioned they have already contacted your requesting additional information on the duplicate charges.
Make sure to provide them with as much info as possible, and they will be happy to look into this further with you.
Need to correct charges for Pandora subscription. Being charged more than once! 5.33 total amount billed twice for several months!!
Also do you provide a military discount?

I got double charged total of 24$ i just wanted to try the FREE one month sub I had got the 4.99 but saw I can change it to the premium which is 12.99 free sub but I got charged total of 24$? why?? Will I be able to get a refund?
