I have an account through apple but want to upgrade to the family plan which isn’t available through apple. I canceled my subscription, it expired. But when I try to get a family plan through pandora it won’t let me and is still saying I have a subscription. Help!!

@Jmkc526 I do see you were able to upgrade to the Premium Family plan earlier today.

I cancelled my subscription through itunes and it says that it expired yesterday 12/17/23.
I am trying to accept an invite to a family plan but it says my account is still subscribed to premium and I still have all the premium benefits, how do I fix this so I can join the family plan?
@nikki899 I have created a ticket with our support team for you.
They will be contacting you privately via email to help look into this further, so please keep an eye out for their message.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
I have cancelled my Pandora Premium Plan and it expired yesterday, March 8th. However, today, March 9th Pandora will not let me subscribe to Pandora's Family Plan. Can you assist me?
@keithbaker94 It looks like your account is now set up with the free service.

I am also having the same issue. My subscription expired May 18, but I’m unable to accept a family plan invitation because it’s still saying I’m subscribed to Pandora plus even though I’m not and it expired. Please help
@Oliphakm It looks like you were able to successfully re-join the family plan shortly after posting this message.

I am trying to do a Family Plan. I canceled my subscription with iTunes and it expired yesterday 7/8/24. When I go through the website it still says I have a subscription through iTunes. Can anyone assist?
@jrogers1012 I moved your post over to this existing thread: Unable to upgrade to Premium Family after canceling Apple subscription

I am experiencing the same problem as others. I would like to upgrade to a premium family plan through pandora so I cancelled my pandora plus account through apple. It expired 8-21-24, but I am unable to upgrade to the family plan as it says I am still subscribed to pandora plus. Please help.
I checked your Pandora account on our end and I can confirm that it is still upgraded through Apple.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to the Apple billing system, so I'm not able to tell whether your auto renewal has successfully been disabled.
The best thing to do would be to revisit your Apple subscription page to confirm.
You can view Apple's see or cancel your subscription steps for more info. Alternatively, you could contact the Apple support team directly, and let them know that you'd like to verify that you have canceled the auto renewal on your subscription.
Let us know how it goes.
I did disable autorenewal, when I started this process nearly a month ago. On the itunes page it says my subscription to pandora plus "expired Aug 21, 2024". On the pandora.com site my account says "Your Pandora Plus subscription will automatically end on 8/22/2024, unless you re-subscribe"
Is there a certain time on today (8/22) that that will take effect? Could there be a delay from when a subscription expires through a 3rd party provider (apple, roku, etc) to when pandora.com is aware that the subscription has been cancelled? Do I just need to wait another 24 hours for that to take effect?
I think you may be good to go now. There might have been a delay between the two billing systems. You can visit pandora.com/upgrade for features and subscription rates. Please be sure to select Family when upgrading your account.
