I have started having the same issue in the last 2 to 3 weeks with my Verizon iPhone 15 Pro Max. I don't know what it is but it's just in certain spots where Without Fail, These songs skip no matter what is playing. I'm getting ready to reinstall Pandora and hope for a correction. In my opinion, Verizon is not what it used to be and the way they throttle your "unlimited" data Is ridiculous. They have sold Too much network space to other carriers who are paying a lot less than I am with Verizon postpaid, And now the original customers are suffering. I'm sure they would give some **ahem** excuse but I'm gonna try this reinstall with high hopes. Thanks.

Hi @Truestory3364 , can you tell me more about this?
- Is there an error message when this happens? If so, what does it say?
- Do you have trouble when going through a zone with no service?
- Does it skips or does it buffers? Do you start listening the song and then it moves to the next one and so on?
In the meantime, Iโve enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand whatโs happening. For this trace to be useful, weโll need you to run through our troubleshooting steps and then try to play Pandora once more.
For the troubleshooting, first, I recommend rebooting the device by shutting it down entirely, then turning it back on and trying Pandora again.
If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you).* To do that:
- Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking."
- Then tap - in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to Delete app.
- Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device.
Thanks for working with us on this.

Hi,
I saw these steps all listed on the community from a previous user and I am working with my wireless carrier as well. I have reinstalled Pandora and still have the issue skipping. I had new phone service with Verizon for about six months and never had one issue with this. It never skipped or anything and then one day it just started skipping in certain spots. Now Verizon is sending me a new phone to replace this one to see if that fixes it because they have tried everything else. They said that if this new phone does not fix it, they will send a technician to check the three towers near my home location. I don't think that's going to help, I think their network is just overcrowded because they have leased out too much space to other carriers and it is affecting my performance as a postpaid customer. I don't know if we can get this resolved but I'm willing to try so I'm going to restart my device now and I will let you know if the new device that arrives today makes any difference as well.
Thank you so much for your reply!

@alrott Welcome to Community!
I moved your post over to this existing thread: iOS: All Songs Skip
Could you tell me more about your device?
- Device & Generation: (e.g. iPhone X, iPad Air (3rd gen), etc.)
- Carrier:
- iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
- Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
- Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
Looking forward to your reply.

* Happens when using WiFi. All other music apps work fine. Using Sonos
amp. No problem with other apps using Sonos. Pandora works fine in car and
all Bluetooth speakers and earbuds. *
