Just installed a new router. Got it all connected with Alexa, thermostats, doorbells, TiVo, etc. But Pandora and SiriusXM apparently don’t get along with it. They will both stream just fine if I turn Wi-Fi off on my device, but won’t stream over Wi-Fi. They don’t think I’m connected to the internet. Tried deleting the apps and downloading them again, but no success. Any ideas? Thanks.

The problem actually turned out to be a setting on the Orbi router I had just installed. Their tech support talked me through the setting change. Took about 5 minutes, once we actually got started on it.

Hi - I know it’s been some time but do you happen to remember which setting they had you change? I’m experiencing a similar problem with my router.
thanks

Hi, @Pops946. 👋
Looks like @Gort is having a similar router issue. Do you remember which setting you changed?
Also, @Gort it may help to reach out to the manufacturer of the router or your internet / cable service provider to make sure everything is set up correctly.
Feel free to let us know how it goes. 🎧
