iOS: Unable to start Premium Access

I have free Pandora and until this afternoon, I was able to listen to ads so that I could choose music, give thumbs up, etc. That no longer works. I've tried both in the app on my iPhone and on my desktop (web version). Neither is working. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas how to solve it?

The error message is something is wrong try again late and im on iphone

I moved your messages over to an existing thread in our iOS board - iOS: Unable to start Premium Access.

I see that you may be on an older version of the app. Let's try manually updating the Pandora app from the App store on your Apple device to see if it will help with your experience.

Could you restore my thumbs up playlist  please?  Right now, I see the playlist, but it won’t play.  Phone vibrates when I hit play, but it doesn’t actually play. Shuffle button is greyed out.  Thanks!

It sounds like you are having trouble starting a Premium Access session in order to listen to your My Thumbs Up playlist.

I recommend running through the following troubleshooting steps to see if that resolves the issue for you: Troubleshooting for iOS Devices
