That's correct, while your Pandora account can be logged into as many devices as you like, you can only stream from one device at a time per account (unless you are routing the audio into a system with multiple speakers, such as a Sonos system). So you need to make sure all your devices that you'll be using simultaneously are logged into different accounts.
When you upgrade to the Family Plan, you and up to five other accounts can access all the benefits of Pandora Premium while maintaining your individual accounts. You can create or add a second account to your family plan if you want two personal devices to play at the same time.
So, if your wife and you, @qwertylicious03, want to listen at the same time, each of you need to make sure you are logged into your own individual accounts.
