Or are you seeing the option on 2 different playlists? Music really does have a powerful connection with how we feel. I listen to a mix of genres including alternative R&B, soul, jazz, electronic, contemporary Christian, pop, and country.  If I need a mood boost, I’ll put on something upbeat, rhythmic, or with uplifting lyrics.
