@bbcr8ability1 I moved your post over to this existing thread: Unable to play full album while on Premium Session It looks like your account is currently set up with Pandora Plus. The ability to listen to a full length album is only an option when upgrading to Pandora Premium. It looks like you enabled a complimentary session of Pandora Premium, which allows you to interact with an ad in order to listen to content on-demand. Because these sessions are funded by advertisements, your account reverted back to your regular service automatically at the end of the session. This would explain why you weren't able to make it through the full album - your account reverted back to the free service when the session was over. Hope this helps explain! ... View more

What stations are currently downloaded for you when you switch to Offline Mode? What stations would you expect to be downloaded for Offline Mode? Additionally: Can you send over a bit more info about your device? @El4 It doesn't look like the Pandora account connected to your Community profile is associated with any iOS devices. Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device? If you are on a computer, are you listening from: A Mac or Windows computer? Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using? If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)? Is there an error message? If so, what does it say? @fulkjanie To clarify, are you referring to individual songs you've downloaded for Offline Mode? If so, what you can do is manually switch to Offline Mode, and then sort your collection by Songs.  This will then show you all songs you've downloaded for Offline Mode. @TylerA93 I do see your account is currently upgraded to Pandora Premium through Google Play. Could you confirm that you are logged into your upgraded account on your device? Sometimes, it may help to sign out of Pandora, and then sign back in using the email address associated with your upgraded account. If you are still seeing ads after confirming you are logged in with the correct address, can you tell me a bit more about the advertising you are seeing? Is it for a specific brand or artist? Please include as much of the below information as possible: What was the ad for? Do you remember the brand, product, event or website name? Do you remember anything specific that was said or mentioned in the explicit ad that played? Was it a visual ad, an audio ad, or a video ad with audio?
