@xocomil The Pandora service is not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen. Unfortunately, we cannot allow children under that age to open or have their own accounts for the Pandora service. You can register your child for a Pandora account on their 13th birthday. Alternatively, you can create a second account for yourself using a different email address which you can add to your family plan. They can then access Pandora on their devices that way. @downallthepower I moved your post over to this existing thread: Thumbprint Radio Not Available Yet While additional user on this thread was experiencing the same issue, it looks like they were able to eventually create Thumbprint Radio the next day after reporting it.
