@bjwiley23 I moved your post over to this existing thread: How to listen on multiple devices when upgraded To clarify, you can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. So as long as you sign into your upgraded account on your various devices, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of your subscription. This all being said, you won't be able to listen to that same Pandora account on multiple devices at the same time. To see if you're eligible for any other trials or upgrade to Pandora Premium, you can visit this page. (I'd recommend doing that from a computer rather than a mobile device, if you have the option.) @pattyb00p It looks like you've added one account to your Premium Family plan so far. My guess is your daughter has multiple accounts registered with Pandora, and isn't signed into the account you added to your plan on her device. I have created a ticket with our support team for you. @Te3066 I see what the issue with this is. It looks like you have created two separate stations based off of the same track: The second station showing above appears to be the correct station - that one was collected back in May 2014, and looks to have a lot more thumb ratings on it. To clarify, it looks like you are currently upgraded to Pandora Plus through Apple - not Pandora Premium. While Pandora Premium subscribers benefit from our longest period of uninterrupted listening, the only way to eliminate timeouts completely is by subscribing to Pandora for Business. This option is not an ideal solution for home use, as it involves a higher subscription fee that includes music licensing costs and must be played through special equipment. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device (including your TV and Android phone), as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password.
