@chordlow Nice to see you around the Community. 👋🏽 Offline Mode is not actually available when streaming Pandora on a computer. The tracks you download will continue to live within the Pandora app, but you may listen to them offline with an Android or iOS device. In other words, Pandora Premium allows subscribers to take individual songs, albums, or stations offline for listening within the Pandora app. However, it's not possible to transfer your Pandora music collection to an external music. If you're outside of our app, or you're accessing Pandora from our website or another type of device, you won't be able to view those downloads. If you'd prefer to download music for your personal collection with a file you can access elsewhere, we recommend buying it from an online music store or authorized retailer. Hope this helps! ... Each service requires its own account and billing method, and subscribing to or canceling either service is independent of and has no effect upon the other. @jayres Nice to see you around the Community. 👋🏽 This issue is usually specific to the network you're using to access Pandora, or due to an error on the device itself. First make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. If you're still having the same problem, then please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps: Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps. Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device. Try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device). This applies equally to free and paid accounts, as well as Pandora on all computers and supported devices, including offline. Audio content streaming regulations differ from country to country, and we are still working on acquiring the proper licenses so we can offer Pandora in even more places around the world.
