Hi @bp4437 Thanks for posting to community! Genre stations and Curated Modes are curated by Pandora, and they behave a little bit differently than your own personalized stations. You can continue to thumb down tracks that you don’t want to hear, however, thumbing up a track could change the listening experience. Since thumbing up would most likely inspire music outside of the scope of the intended genre; thumbs up will be less impactful on these types of stations. Thanks for posting to community.  I've enabled a trace on your account to help investigate and I'd like to start with some troubleshooting.  First make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. If you're still having the same problem, then please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps: Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps. Try power cycling your modem and router and restarting the device. Turn of your DishTV box, unplug your modem/router for five minutes, then plug them back in and try again. Lastly, try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device). You can also contact the manufacturer directly to troubleshoot your specific device and settings. @mack1x  Thanks for trying! I'm going to remove the device association and have you go through the set-up once more. I do see a Roku player associated with this account but I'm not seeing a Roku TV. As far as recent TVs show, I see an Android TV from 2020.  Is it possible that you have another account that your Roku TV is associated with? In the meantime, I've gone ahead and removed the Roku device that I do see on your account. When this takes affect, you'll be automatically logged out.  Try going through the set-up process once more and I do recommend trying the network troubleshooting steps that I mentioned above, if you haven't already.  ... Hi @WV304Girl Thanks for posting to community! I moved your feature request post over to our Android Support board. As a Premium subscriber, offline listening is available on Android and iOS devices. Below is some additional information and steps on how to utilize offline listening for your device.  Offline Listening is available to Pandora Plus and Pandora Premium subscribers. When you lose your mobile connection, Pandora will alert you with a notification to let you know that we are switching you to one of your offline stations. This way you stay connected to your music without major interruptions. As a Pandora Premium subscriber you can download stations, playlists, albums and songs for offline listening. Pandora will initially download your three most played stations along with Thumbprint Radio. You can then use the following steps to add or remove music from your offline collection: To download music for offline listening: Search for an artist, station, playlist, album, or song you would like to download, and click on its name to visit its backstage page. Tap the Download icon to add it to your offline collection. To view your offline collection (while connected to a Wi-Fi or mobile network):  Open My Collection. Tap the Added bar underneath the artwork. Select Show downloads only. To remove sources you have downloaded: Make sure the app is connected online.  Sort your collection by "Show downloads only" (see above). Select the source you'd like to remove and tap Downloaded to remove it from your offline collection. Both Pandora Plus and Pandora Premium listeners can also switch to Offline Listening at any time, so you can save your data and take the music you love wherever you go.
