We appreciate your taking the time to report the feedback.  I've merged your messages into this one thread because I believe they are related. I would like to begin with some troubleshooting to see if this will help with the issue.  Please try the following:   From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you):*   Note: *Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after this, please let us know.   Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. Keep in mind that the steps for each Android device is slightly different. If you have a Pixel, you can find helpful steps here. Yes, you can definitely listen to Pandora in your vehicle without a Sirius subscription. 🎶 SiriusXM and Pandora currently operate as separate services with their own subscription products and user agreements. Each service requires its own account and billing method, and subscribing to or canceling either service is independent of and has no effect upon the other. At this time, all Pandora automotive implementations require you to use a compatible iPhone or Android with an active internet connection in order to stream music in the car.* If you have a smartphone, I'm more than happy to help get you set up in your car. Hi @NuDogD Welcome to community! Hope you enjoy your new subscription of Pandora Premium.  You can create a playlist either on mobile or web. Please see below for instructions for both.  Mobile: To create a new playlist, go to My Collection. My Collection shows album art for all of your recently played tracks, but also allows you to sort your "Added" content – whether that might be radio stations, albums or songs. To add a playlist, filter your Added content by tapping the downward arrow (or "carat") which appears below the album art. Select Playlist from the menu. Next, tap + New Playlist. Enter a name for your playlist and tap Next. Finally, use the search bar to find your favorite songs or albums to add. Keep in mind that you can also create new playlists from the Now Playing screen, or by searching for a particular track. Just tap the ellipsis (...) below the album art, and indicate whether you'd like to add the track to a new playlist or an existing one. ++ Web: First, from your My Collection page, filter your collection by Playlists and select  + Create Playlist. You can also do this from the Now Playing screen by clicking the ellipsis (three dots) below the album art to reveal a sub-menu. Hover over Add to Playlist and select New Playlist. Finally, you can create a playlist from most songs or albums by clicking that ellipsis as well. When an account is downgraded from Pandora Premium or Premium Family to Pandora Plus or ad-supported Pandora, you will not be able to access your on-demand music collection or custom playlists, since these are features of Pandora Premium. However, your collection and playback history will be stored in our servers for when you return to Pandora Premium. In the meantime, you will have access to all the stations you've created and any podcasts you've added to your account including all Thumb feedback and added variety. You can resubscribe using the following link. Alternatively, you can also unlock complimentary sessions of Pandora Premium by searching for a song or album and pressing Play. I've gone ahead and passed this along to our engineers and ads team.  You can find the Pandora version: If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
