Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with playback. Which version of the Sonos app are you currently using?
To start, please try playing Pandora on your Sonos directly from the Pandora app and let me know if you experience the same issue. This will help determine whether the problem occurs in both apps or only within the Sonos app.
I do see some recent login activity. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before reaching out? If so, please let me know what you’ve already tried.
If you haven’t already, please check for a firmware update on your Sonos device. To do this on iOS, open the Sonos app, tap the More tab, select Settings, and then choose Check for Updates.
