What is the model and year of your LG TV? Does the buffering begin as soon as the clock appears on the screen, or does it start sometime afterward? Is your TV connected to the internet through Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable? In the meantime, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to see if they help: 1. Reinstall Pandora (if available) Uninstall the Pandora app from your LG TV, then download and install it again. 2. Power cycle your LG TV Unplug your TV from its power source for at least 5 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. 3. Turn off QuickStart+ (if available) Some LG TVs have a feature called QuickStart+ that allows the TV to start up more quickly. However, because this feature keeps certain processes running while the TV is in standby mode, apps like Pandora may occasionally experience performance issues or buffering over time. Disabling QuickStart+ may help us determine whether this feature is contributing to the buffering you're experiencing. To turn it off: Using your remote, press Settings (gear icon). Navigate to All Settings → General → Devices → TV Management. Find QuickStart+ and toggle it to Off. Please note that these steps may vary depending on your LG TV model and year. Hi @Zoes_questions  Sorry you’re having trouble getting any sound from Pandora. Since it looks like music is playing but you’re not hearing any audio, I’d like to get a little more information. Are you mainly having this issue on your iPhone? If so, can you let me know the iPhone model and iOS version you’re using? You also mentioned trying Pandora on all of your devices. Are you connecting through Bluetooth on each device and experiencing the same behavior, or is there one device in particular where this started? Let me know which other devices you've tried as well. In the meantime, let's try a few troubleshooting steps on your iPhone: First, remove your Bluetooth connections. Go to your iPhone's Settings > Bluetooth, then select each paired device you're having trouble with and choose Forget This Device. Second, uninstall Pandora from your iPhone. Third, force restart your iPhone. Depending on your model, you can usually do this by quickly pressing and releasing the Volume Up button, then the Volume Down button, and finally pressing and holding the Side button until the Apple logo appears. You can find instructions for your specific model in Apple's iPhone User Guide. Once your iPhone has restarted, reinstall Pandora and reconnect to your Bluetooth device. Hi @MusicCat1405  Sorry you’ve been having trouble with Pandora dropping on your Marantz receiver, and thanks for letting us know what you’ve already tried. I've removed the connection on our end. I would also recommend a power cycle, by unplugging your Marantz for at least 5 minutes, reconnecting and trying once more.  Could you let me know the model of your Marantz receiver and whether Pandora has worked normally through HEOS in the past? Re-pairing the Bluetooth connection is definitely a good troubleshooting step to start with and can surprisingly be the most helpful.  @bmichael872, since Pandora is playing but the volume is unusually low through your car, I’d first recommend removing the Bluetooth connection as @MOHLovesAlaska mentioned from both your phone and your vehicle, restarting your phone, and then pairing the two again. It would also be helpful to know a little more about your setup: Are you using an iPhone or Android? What is the make, model, and year of your vehicle? Is Pandora the only audio that plays quietly over Bluetooth, does this happen with other Bluetooth devices, like a speaker as well? While Pandora is playing through Bluetooth, have you tried turning the volume all the way up using the volume buttons on your phone, then adjusting the vehicle volume separately? Does this only happen on your Fire TV, or have you noticed the same behavior on other devices, such as a web browser or the Pandora mobile app? What station are you trying to create? If it's a personalized station, please share the artist or song you're using. If it's a genre station, please let me know the name. In the meantime, let's try some troubleshooting steps on your Fire TV: From the Fire TV home screen, navigate to Settings (gear icon). Select Applications > Manage Installed Applications. Scroll down and select Pandora. Select Clear Cache first, then try Pandora again. If you're still having trouble, return to the same menu and select Clear Data. Keep in mind that this will reset the app and sign you out, so you'll need to sign back in. Please note that these steps may vary slightly depending on your Fire TV model. If the instructions don't match what you see on your device, you can visit Amazon Support for additional guidance specific to your device. Any changes you make to your Shuffle selections will automatically carry over to your TV, as long as you're signed in to the same Pandora account. Since you're connecting through Bluetooth, let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get audio playing through both sides of your car.   First, let's clear Pandora's app data on your Samsung Galaxy A25: Open your phone's Settings. Tap Apps and select Pandora. Tap Storage. Tap Clear cache, then Clear data.   Keep in mind that clearing app data will sign you out of Pandora and remove any downloaded offline content. Next, let's refresh your Bluetooth connection: Open your phone's Settings > Connections > Bluetooth. Find your car's Bluetooth connection and tap the gear icon next to it. Select Unpair. Remove your phone from your car's Bluetooth settings as well. Restart your phone, then pair it with your car again.   Lastly, let's check your audio balance settings: On your Samsung, go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Left/right sound balance and make sure the balance is centered. You may also want to check your vehicle's audio settings to make sure the balance is centered there, too. Hi @Mich19  I'm helping out @AdamPandora today! I took a look at your account and found that the Taylor Swift Radio Thumbs Up Playlist had previously been created but was deleted. I’ve restored it for you, and it should now appear under your Playlists tab. Unfortunately, I don’t see a Thumbs Up playlist associated with Michael’s Station, and I’m not entirely sure why one wasn’t created.
