Hi @CockerMom! Thanks for posting to community. The shuffle option on most TVs and CE devices will be appear as a station on the station list, simply labeled, 'Shuffle'. If you're not seeing this, you may need to sort the stations from A-Z for it to appear (even if there are only a few stations on the account). Unfortunately, I'm not able to look deeper into this as I don't have the info for the account you're having trouble with. I am going to send you a private message to gather some additional details. Hi @MzHyde667! Welcome and thanks for posting to community. 🎧 I checked your account and see that you are upgraded to Pandora Plus. Since individual manufacturers are usually responsible for the implementation of the Pandora app, some devices may lack Pandora Plus' features. At this time, increased skips and replays are currently available on the devices listed here. Keep in mind, an internet connection is necessary in order to stream Pandora.

Because individual manufacturers are usually responsible for the implementation of the Pandora application, some devices may lack Pandora Premium's features. At this time, Pandora Premium is available on our website, as well as the devices listed here. There is a suggested feature in our Feature Request board to expand Premium to all devices. You can check out this post and vote by clicking here.

Hi @HardcoreTurtle! Thanks for posting to community. 😄 👋🏻 Can you tell me a little more about what is happening? What kind of Alexa device are you using? Are you trying to shuffle stations or a playlist? Do you receive an error message? If so, what does it say? What phrase(s) did you say to Alexa? (Please be as specific as possible.) What was the result? Does Alexa having trouble hearing what you're saying? To view your utterance history report, click this link from a computer and log into your Alexa account. Or from a mobile device launch the Alexa app, tap the Menu icon, select Activity and then More under Pandora activity. From here you'll be able to view what Alexa thought she heard, as well as listen to a recording of what you said. If she didn't do what you wanted, be sure to let Amazon know by selecting No. Thanks for the help!

I moved your message over to an existing thread that I believe may be related to your experience: Grace Digital Devices made before 2017 Sounds like you may be using a Grace Digital device before 2017. Unfortunately, Grace Digital devices made before 2017 are no longer supported. Hi @70boss2! Thanks for posting to community, sorry to hear this is happening on your Onkyo. I checked and it looks like you've reached out to our User Support team and they got back to you via email today. A trace has been enabled on your account and I see that they removed the device association. Try logging back in to see if it helps. If you continue to have trouble, you can reply directly to their email.

When the song skips through, does it happen with every song? Does the song skip half way through or towards the end? Are you casting to your Google Home or using voice commands? I've gone ahead and enabled a trace on your account. Would you mind trying some troubleshooting steps while this trace is enabled? You may have performed them already, but I'd appreciate if you can try again while the trace is enabled. Check to see if there are any updates available for your Google Home and Pandora apps. Update if needed. Restart your Google Home device by unplugging the power source and plugging it back in. Try unlinking and relinking your Pandora account via the Google Home app. Thanks for the help.

Pandora Now is a new station that SiriusXM listeners can access on Channel 3. It is an ad-free hip hop and pop hits station featuring the most Thumbed Up songs on Pandora. (You can also add it on Pandora; just search Pandora Now to add it as a station.) SiriusXM listeners can also add Personalized Stations powered by Pandora to their Favorite Channels in the SiriusXM app. While these stations will not be linked to your Pandora account, Thumbing Up or Thumbing Down will improve them and make them unique to your preferences. Keep in mind, SiriusXM and Pandora currently operate as separate services with their own subscription products and user agreements. Each service requires its own account and billing method, and subscribing to or canceling either service is independent of and has no effect upon the other. Therefore, you'll need to manage your Pandora subscription through your Pandora account or by writing to us directly. For help with SiriusXM services, you'll need to contact their support team here.

If you'd like to see this for Pandora, I would suggest visiting our Feature Request Board with your idea. Hi all! Thanks for letting us know your experience. To clarify, there was a similar connection issue previously that had been resolved. However, we've received new reports on a connection issue within Volvo. Since the Volvo integrated Pandora app is implemented by Volvo, we are working with them to further investigate. I'll be posting updates in this thread when information is made available to me. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

@Goon Have you disconnected and then reconnected your bluetooth association yet? If not, let's give that a go. To remove the pairing, please go into the Bluetooth settings menu on your phone, find the appropriate connection, and select "Forget this device." I would recommend checking the owners manual for the best way to reconnect your phone with bluetooth. If you continue to have trouble, can you let me know the Pandora version you're on?
