First, make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. If the problem still persists, I'd try the following if they apply to your Squeezebox: Try connecting directly via an ethernet cable rather than wirelessly (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps. Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device. Try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device). Are you getting any type of message that pops up? Also, are you listening from: Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using? Hi @JAR3 - Thanks for posting! If you haven't already tried some troubleshooting, I have a few suggestions. First, I'd recommend that you restart your Fire tablet. To do that: Press and hold the power button for two to three seconds until you see the message "Do you want to shut down your Fire?" Tap OK. After the device has completely turned off, press the power button for two to three seconds to turn your Fire tablet back on. Try the Pandora app again. If you continue to have trouble: Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings and then Apps & Games. Select Manage All Applications and then All. Clear your data for the Pandora application. Then launch the Pandora app again. Let me know how it goes.   ... View more

If you're still receiving this error, let's cycle through your network connection.  Try these steps:  Shut down your device completely; Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in; Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up; Turn your device back on and try Pandora again. Hi @kendenny, When you open Pandora on your web browser, click 'Shuffle Station', this will turn on the shuffle feature. If you hover over 'Shuffle Stations On' with your mouse, a pencil icon should appear to the right. Click on the pencil icon to edit your stations.                From here, you can edit the stations you'd like to see have in your shuffle.  ++ If don't see the option to edit your shuffle, I'd like to try some troubleshooting for Chrome.  1. Update Chrome. 2. Clear Browsing Data (including browsing history, cache and cookies): Click on the icon with 3 vertical dots in the upper right (located on the browser toolbar). Select More Tools and then Clear Browsing Data. On this screen, please select All time for the time range, and then click on Clear Data. Restart the browser and go back to pandora.com. 3. Bypass the Pop-up Blocker for Pandora: Again, click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right, and select Settings. Scroll down and click Advanced at the bottom. Under Privacy and security, click Site Settings. Click Popups and redirects. Under allow make sure pandora.com is listed. If not listed, click Add and enter: https://www.pandora.com, then click Add. 4. Turn off extensions. Disable HTML5 Autoplay, Adblock, and NoScript, or allow www.pandora.com within them. To do that, go to chrome://extensions/ on your web browser. 5. Allow Pandora within your firewall or antivirus. If you are using an internet firewall or anti-virus program, it could be blocking portions of our site. Try allowing access to pandora.com within those programs, and then try visiting our site again. If this doesn't help, then try disabling such programs entirely as a test to see if this affects your issue. 6. Try a different browser. Hi @Sqmarsico - thanks for posting! Can you let me know what the model number of your JBL is? Sounds like this may be a bluetooth connection from your phone to your speaker.  If you're previously connected via bluetooth, let's try re-pairing the Bluetooth connection between your JBL and the phone. To remove the pairing, please go into the Bluetooth settings menu on your phone, find the appropriate connection, and select "Forget this device."
