While many of us have been asked to 'shelter in place' during the coming weeks, I find myself listening to music a lot more than I normally would. Since having had to work from home, I've exhausted my playlists, albums, and stations for some tunes I find comforting. Thanks for letting me know @sourhades. If you have already signed into the Pandora app on your iPhone 📱with your Pandora account email address and password then you're good to go. The Device Activation tab is for activating your Pandora account on in-home devices such as Smart TVs, Blu-ray players, etc. These devices generate codes that need to be entered on a separate device for activation. If you're having trouble signing into your account, let me know.

Hi @DS1 thanks for getting back to me - are you having trouble sending a picture because of an error on community site? Just want to make sure nothing is broken on our end. I took a peek at your account and wasn't entirely sure what you were seeing. Was this the album art that accompanied a station? If so, can you let me know which station it was? I do see that you're upgraded to Premium, so I'll assume this wasn't an advertisement or some kind. Sorry for any extra work on your end.

Here are a few things to check @jadedangel2008. Check to see if there are any updates available for your Pandora app and update if needed. Make sure your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast device. Restart your Chromecast device by unplugging the power source and plugging it back in. Restart the Pandora app on your device. If you're on your laptop, I would close the browser, restart the computer and then log back on. Launch Chromecast and try again. Google also has a some troubleshooting on their support page for Chromecast. If you are still having trouble, please refer to Google's support page here. Let me know how it goes.

@MOHLovesAlaska I remember listening to a Mickey Mouse and Friends tape a lot when I was little, especially at night to help me sleep. They did covers of songs from the 50's and 60's, it was my favorite thing then.

Hi @Hamburger welcome to community! Once you've set the explicit filter, it should apply to the entire account. I checked the email associated with your Community profile and can confirm the explicit filter is enabled. I'm happy to look into this for you, but I'll need a bit more information first. Can you write me back with the following? The name of the station where this occurred. The name(s) of the artist(s). The title(s) of the track(s). Were you listening using a Pandora Mode like Crowd Faves, Discovery or Deep Cuts? Let me know.

I'd like to report your issue to our engineering team. Can you send over a bit more info about your device? Model: Carrier: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Build number (Settings > About Phone): Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version: If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number. If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora Thanks for the help!

I've moved your message to an existing thread on signing out for Android device: Trouble signing off of Android App Also, I've gone ahead and combined your two post into one. I recommend editing your existing content in the future to add a new thought to an existing post. You should be able to sign out of your Pandora account using the following steps: From the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar, select the Settings gear in the top right corner. Select the Sign Out button to sign out of your Pandora account. If that doesn't work for any reason, please write back to let me know. Hey @Jbj - On the right side, above your collection it says 'Sorted by Recently Collected', click the down arrow to sort by A-Z. If you click on Stations, you'll have more options for sorting. If this isn't happening for you, can you show me a screen capture of what you see when you try to sort. Thanks!

Hi @jadedangel2008 thanks for posting to community! Sorry to hear this, sounds quite horrible. 😖 Have a couple of questions for you: Is this happening on every song? Is this happening when you are listening to stations, playlist, albums or all of the above? Does it only occur when connected to Chromecast? Does this also happen when you listen only on your laptop or another device without using Chromecast? Just to clarify, when you use Chromecast, you use your laptop to cast to your Samsung TV? Sorry for all the questions, just needed a few extra details. Let me know.

From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps:* *Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after this, please let us know. Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. You will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps. Let me know if you have trouble signing back in.
