I checked the email associated with your Community profile and can confirm the explicit filter is enabled. I'm happy to look into this for you, but I'll need a bit more information first. Can you write me back with the following? The name of the station where this occurred. The name(s) of the artist(s). The title(s) of the track(s). Were you listening using a Pandora Mode like Crowd Faves, Discovery or Deep Cuts? Let me know.

Hi @Strider sorry to hear its still happening. Can you please do me a favor and send me a screenshot of what you're seeing when this happens. If you need help with this, let me know. I'd like to report your issue to our engineering team. Can you send over a bit more info about your device? Model: Carrier: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Build number (Settings > About Phone): Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version: If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number. If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora Thanks for the help!

I've moved your message to an existing thread on signing out for Android device: Trouble signing off of Android App Also, I've gone ahead and combined your two post into one. I recommend editing your existing content in the future to add a new thought to an existing post. You should be able to sign out of your Pandora account using the following steps: From the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar, select the Settings gear in the top right corner. Select the Sign Out button to sign out of your Pandora account. If that doesn't work for any reason, please write back to let me know. If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using? If you are on a device, what is the make and model? Is there an error message? If so, what does it say? Thanks! Let me know.

Hey @Jbj - On the right side, above your collection it says 'Sorted by Recently Collected', click the down arrow to sort by A-Z. If you click on Stations, you'll have more options for sorting. If this isn't happening for you, can you show me a screen capture of what you see when you try to sort. Thanks!

Hi @jadedangel2008 thanks for posting to community! Sorry to hear this, sounds quite horrible. 😖 Have a couple of questions for you: Is this happening on every song? Is this happening when you are listening to stations, playlist, albums or all of the above? Does it only occur when connected to Chromecast? Does this also happen when you listen only on your laptop or another device without using Chromecast? Just to clarify, when you use Chromecast, you use your laptop to cast to your Samsung TV? Sorry for all the questions, just needed a few extra details. Let me know.

From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps:* *Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after this, please let us know. Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. You will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps. Let me know if you have trouble signing back in.

While this currently isn't an option, I like your idea of sharing a Pandora account with multiple people. In the meantime, I would recommend creating a second Pandora account and sharing stations between the two accounts. If you'd like more info on how to share stations, let me know. Is Pandora an integrated app within the TV or are you using a device such as an Amazon Fire Stick or Roku to stream Pandora? What happens when you open Pandora? Does the app stop playback, is there no sound? Is there an error message (if yes, what exactly does it say)? Let me know! 🎧

Hi @FaminEatr thanks for posting to the Feature Request board and thanks for the great feedback on explicit vs. clean content. Couple of things to note: We try to buy unedited versions of all music we acquire, but sometimes a clean version is all that's available. Thumbing down a song on one station will not effect the song on any of your other stations. If you thumb down a clean version of a song on one station, it will no longer play on that station only. Could you do me a favor and please take a screenshots of your My Thumbs Up Playlist, specifically the very top. Let me know if you need help with that. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
