Hi @Tanya1 thanks for being part of community! Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you receiving an error message? If so, what does it say? Does the playback stop? Does the app crash? I'd also like to start with some standard troubleshooting: First make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. If you're still having the same problem, then please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps: Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps. Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device. Try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device).   Let me know how it goes.  ... View more

HI @Sandersnick87 You can shuffle either your collected songs or your stations from My Collection. Unfortunately, for now you won't be able to edit which stations are shuffling directly from our mobile app. In the meantime, you can edit your shuffle from a computer and your selections will carry over. This is a feature we're actively working on improving. I would also recommend visiting our Feature Request Board and liking the request for Custom shuffle on mobile for Pandora Premium.    Shuffling on your mobile device: To shuffle your collected songs, sort your collection by tapping the small arrow (or "caret") and selecting Songs. Then tap Shuffle all songs. If you prefer to shuffle your stations instead, sort your collection by Stations, and tap Shuffle all stations.   Shuffling on the web: Go to My Collection, sort the collection by Stations and select Shuffle Stations. Hi @Tlhowde I've moved your most to this thread because it sounds like you're having a similar issue with offline listening.  If you haven't peformed any troubleshooting steps, let's give it a try to see if they will help.  I'd recommend disabling the offline listening feature and re-enabling it, which will reset the download process. Then, make sure to keep Pandora open and in the foreground of your device while the download completes. To do that from a mobile device: Tap the Profile tab and then the Settings gear in the top right corner. Toggle Offline Mode off, and confirm that you'd like to remove the content from your device. Toggle Offline Mode on again, to reset the download process. Keep the Pandora app in the foreground of your device while your offline stations re-download. Let me know how it goes. Hi @trey947 you should be able to update your email address either from the web or your mobile device.  From the web:  Visit pandora.com on your computer and signing in. Next, click the icon (initial or picture) in the top right corner of the page and select Settings. Under Account you can make any necessary changes to your registration information, including your email address and password. Be sure to save your changes when you're done. From a mobile device:  Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar. Then tap on the Settings gear in the top right corner and select Account. From here you can change all your registration information (including your email address, zip code and password). Make sure to tap Save when you're finished.  Note: When you are updating your password, you will need to enter the old password to confirm the changes. Only then will the new password take effect.
