Hi @stolenname42069 Just following up with you. I see from your email case that you're having trouble adding artist to your station(s) on your Android. I can confirm that your experience has been passed along to our engineering team for further review and investigation. In the meantime, I've gone ahead and added the artist Sewerslvt, to your "Electronica" radio station for you. You should see this artist in your variety now.

Hi @Micky_D_WNC Welcome to community! The usual troubleshooting steps may be difficult to try since this is a hotel TV and not personal. The next time you experience this, if you can reach the power cord, let's power cycle the TV by unplugging it for 5 minutes and then plugging it back in. In the meantime, please tell me more about your experience: Does the option to add variety not appear? Does it appear, but you're unable to add variety? You're able to add variety, but the selections doesn't save? Also, can you let me know your Pandora and Android version? Let me know if you need help finding those. Thanks for the help!

Hi @rcole67 Welcome to community! If you'd prefer not to use the Heos App, and use your desktop to connect your Denon, I believe you have two potential options. You could use Chromecast (requires Chrome browser), or Bluetooth, to connect to your Denon. If either feature is supported on your Denon, and of course a WiFi connection is required when using Chromecast. Alternatively, you could use a 3.5mm to RCA cable (or a similar auxiliary cable) to connect the PC's headphone or audio out jack to the receiver's audio input. If your PC has an HDMI output and the Denon receiver has HDMI inputs, using HDMI is another option.

Unfortunately, artist information and lyrics are only available through web and the mobile app. Please keep in mind, due to licensing restrictions, we are able to provide lyrics for some tracks but not others. If these restrictions change, lyrics that were once available may be removed or others may be added.

It appears that you're on our ad supported tier, which means you'll be able to listen to Pandora Stations with ads. However, on-demand content like songs, albums and playlists are a Premium feature. I see that you've activated a few Premium Access session recently. Once activated, you can enjoy the following Pandora Premium features: Play songs or albums on-demand Create custom playlists Access higher quality audio Receive ad-free music, additional skips and replays Keep in mind, if you've created playlists, collected songs or albums, you'll need to be sure to activate a Premium Access session again in order to enjoy.
