Thanks for the follow up, @MadMax8169. I see that you have a new sign in on Nov 11, did you uninstall and reinstall the app then? I checked out the playlist, and I don't see anything obvious, so I've enabled a trace on your account. Can you manually sign out of the app, wait a few minutes, log back in and try playing either of those playlist again. I'd like to check the trace log to see if anything shows up. Thanks! ... Does this happen in Online Mode, Offline Mode, or both? Based on your description it seems like the playlist is unresponsive when trying to play, does that sound accurate? Hi @myprofile  Can you share a picture or screenshot of what you're seeing? If this is happening on your iPhone, when not connected to CarPlay, it may be easier to share a screenshot from your phone. You can include this screenshot through a mobile or web browser, please note you won't be able to include picture though email notifications you may receive. Keep in mind, thumbs are only available on Stations, to help Pandora learn the type of stations you'd like to use. Thumbs will not be available with on-demand content such as albums or playlists. Hi @EntropicLynx  Could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing on your Alexa app? You can include a picture(s) directly here on community. Be sure to upload the pictures on a web or mobile browser, you will not be able to include them through the email notification you may receive. You should see your playback history under the Pandora section in your Alexa App, tapping Browse will expand this. The Recently Played section within the Alexa App, is local to your Alexa device. Similarly, the Recently Played should be updated on web/desktop and mobile. Feel free to share a screenshot from those as well. Please include the date and time you took the screenshot. Based on your description, it sounds like you may have listened to all the available episodes and would like to continue to listen to that same Podcast, but Pandora thinks you're done and is moving you to another show? OR When listening to an episode, instead of moving you to the next episode in the list, Pandora starts an episode on a different podcast? Either or those sound close to your experience? Unfortunately, there currently isn't a way to mark an episode as not listened. There is feedback for this feature in our Ideas space. Hi @MlaneSeattle  Welcome to community! Thanks for the details. My only other suggestion would be to power cycle your TV by unplugging it for at least 5 minutes and then plugging it back in.
