Most of our moderation team is based near Pandora’s headquarters in Oakland, California, and we work a hybrid schedule — a mix of in-office and remote days. Outside of the Community, we also help support listeners through Pandora Care on social, email, live chat, and other channels. Here in the Community, we’re usually assigned to specific sections, which is why you might see different team members active at different times. I usually spend the morning alone reflecting on the past year and setting intentions for the next one. I’ll usually have a meal with my family. Does this only happen with albums and stations? Are you able to download stations without stalling issues? Or, does this occur when you attempt to download any content for offline listening? Please make sure to keep Pandora in the foreground of your device while the download completes in addition to being connected to a power source. In the meantime, we’ve enabled a trace on your Pandora account to better understand what’s happening during the download process. Let us know.

To help us try to narrow this down, could you share the make and model of your TV? Additionally, does the freezing usually happen around the time a screensaver would appear, or is it completely random during playback?
