After reviewing your account, it shows that your upgrade to an annual Premium subscription went through successfully yesterday on the Pandora website. Because your Plus plan renewed last month, the initial Premium charge was adjusted to a prorated amount to account for the time you had already paid for. Hi there, @Yetta74. 👋 Sorry to hear this is happening. It sounds like your family member accepted the invite but their account is still showing ads, which definitely isn’t expected behavior. I’ve gone ahead and added both members to your account from our side. Ask them to restart the app or refresh their browser so the update comes through.  As the primary account holder you will select Manage Family to view and make any changes to your family plan. From your computer: You'll need to make sure you're logged into your Pandora account and go to your subscription details page. From your mobile device: Go to the Pandora website. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left. It sounds like you should have a Premium subscription with your military discount, but are still experiencing ads. After reviewing your account, it appears it’s currently set to the free ad-supported tier, which is why ads are playing. Since your subscription is managed through Google Play, we don’t have full access to make changes like downgrades on our end. To switch plans, you’ll need to cancel your Premium subscription in Google Play first. After it expires, you can sign back up for Pandora Plus.
