If you'd like to see these audio options implemented, feel free to upvote this existing feature request: Enable treble, bass and other tone adjustments For more information about the audio quality on Pandora, please check out this helpful article: Change Audio Quality on Mobile  Something else to note, we don't alter music equalization on Pandora from how it appears on the original releases, unlike terrestrial radio, which compresses the entire broadcast. As a result, some songs sound louder than others. However, we do use the Replay Gain technique that encodes a fixed volume adjustment into the mp3/mp4 header so that the actual player (web browser, phone or device) can adjust volume just as the track begins playing. If there are vast differences, it could also be due to different instrumentation or arrangements causing different apparent levels of volume where the actual decibel levels are the same. @Majorbuzz When you upgrade to Plus, you should see more options under your Content Settings when visiting your Settings tab. From here, you can manage the audio quality.   ++ Also - please keep in mind, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts. Hey, @jgordon. 👋 Thanks so much for letting us know about your experience. Could you send over a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing? To take a screenshot on your Android device, press the Home button and the Power button (on the right side of your phone) at the same time. You may hear a camera shutter sound (if your volume is turned on), and your screen will be captured. To access your screenshots, go to the Gallery and look in the Screenshots folder. Hi there, @Itsdemondeer. 👋 Thanks so much for posting on the Pandora Community. I do see that you've been in touch with someone from our User Support team via email. Looks like this occurs when you're using a complimentary session of Premium. If you accept a complimentary Pandora Premium access session (by interacting with an advertisement in order to listen to content on-demand), you'll automatically be transitioned into the Premium experience, which looks a little different from our radio-only or Plus experiences.  These Premium Access sessions allow you to create playlists, or collect songs or albums to listen to right away, rather than waiting to hear them play on a station. However, you'll still have access to all of your stations under My Collection if you filter it by Stations. When your Premium Access session expires you'll be returned to your normal Pandora app experience, but we'll automatically save your on-demand music collection for your next Premium experience. If you're eager to jump back into Premium, you can always upgrade your account or check your trial eligibility on the Pandora website. Please keep in mind, playlists are only a feature of Premium. There's a natural tension between valuable ad space and the listening experience. Because of that, we're actively testing the length of these sessions to provide the best listening experience for everyone.
