Hey there, @jjjjjj. 👋 Sounds like you're enabling a complimentary session of Premium in order to listen on-demand. Can you please send me a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing when you attempt to listen to your playlist or a song to stream? To take a screenshot on an iPhone 8 (or earlier) or an iPad or iPod touch: Press and hold the lock button (the button on the top right side) and the home button (the circular button on the bottom of your device) at the same time. To take a screenshot on an iPhone X: Press and hold the lock button (the button on the right side) and the volume up button (on the left side) at the same time. In iOS 11, a thumbnail of your screenshot appears in the lower-left corner of your device. Tap the thumbnail to add drawings and text with Markup, or swipe left on the thumbnail to dismiss it. Hey there, @Pez13stfamz. 👋 This is not currently a feature of Pandora. Unfortunately, we do not offer a way to listen from your web browser from a mobile device. Instead, you'll be redirected to the Pandora app automatically.  Would you mind sharing more details about how you're listening? What is the make and model of your device? (ex. @DS1 I understand your frustration about this. If you could provide the following details: Are you listening to a station when this happens? Which link are you using to log into Pandora? It should only be: https://www.pandora.com If there is anything added onto to it (e.g., https://www.pandora.com/#/genres/top), then erase that. ++ Are you still unable to send over a screenshot?  If you have a Windows machine please try using the Snipping Tool. You can find specifics about this tool and how to use it here. Then attach that in your next post.  In your next post, you can attach the screenshot.
