Sorry to hear about your recent experience with the Pandora app. iOS Troubleshooting: I've enabled a trace on your account in case we need to report this over to our engineering team.  First, I recommend rebooting the device by shutting it down entirely, then turning it back on and trying Pandora again. If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you).* To do that: Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking." Then tap - in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to Delete app. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device. *Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. I moved your new post over to this existing thread to keep everything tidy: iOS: Missing Downloads Could you share a few more details about your offline downloads? Were they fully removed? Or, do they need to be redownloaded again? ++ Downloading Offline Content: As a Pandora Premium subscriber, if you'd like to download content for offline listening, you can tap the icon with the arrow pointing downward. ⬇️ This can be found on station, album and playlist pages, or, to download a track, tap the three dots on the Now Playing screen. Keep in mind, this button will only appear for eligible tracks. If you change your mind during any point of the downloading process, simply tap the download button again, and we'll stop and delete any downloaded content. If you lose connection while downloading, we'll save your spot with your partially downloaded playlists, albums and stations. The next time you gain a signal, we'll attempt to complete the download process for you. Something to note: Logging out of the Pandora app or reinstalling the app on a device that has offline mode capability would result in the removal of content. This action (signing out of the app and signing back in) resets the download process. However, it would still be downloadable upon signing back in. It's also helpful to keep Pandora in the foreground of your device while the download completes.  I hope this information is helpful. 🎧   ... Sounds like you're triggering Premium Access when attempting to change your stations. I'm happy to share more details about this. Premium Access: Please keep in mind, if you search for and select the name of an artist, or track, or album, you should be brought to a "backstage page" where you can either create a radio station or press play. If you press play you indicate that you'd like to listen to that content right away (or "on-demand"). Since only Pandora Premium subscribers can listen on-demand, you will either see an ad for Pandora Premium, or be prompted to watch a video ad to unlock a complimentary session of Pandora Premium. Keep in mind that upgrading to Pandora Premium or accepting a complimentary session of Pandora Premium is completely optional; you can close the ad and we'll create a station for you to listen to instead (if one is available). You won't be charge for the session as the additional cost of these sessions are covered by the advertisement, your account will return to your regular service automatically when the session expires, and you won't be charged any Pandora Premium fees.
