Hi! I was wondering how the monthly listeners on the artist's Pandora profile are updated. Can someone please explain the process? I would think it would be done automatically, but there are several artists with inconsistent monthly listeners on Pandora vs what is reported to Chartmetric. I have already reached out about one of those artists here (Jimin), and his monthly listeners have been wrong for months. I reached out 2 months ago here and received an email that it would be fixed within a few weeks, but it still hasn't been updated. I responded to the email I received about the issue, but no one responded to me. Other artists affected are: Jung Kook, V (of BTS), and Agust D. Also, Agust D's monthly listeners decreased dramatically yesterday and the historical data on Chartmetric was also changed. I was tracking his monthly listeners daily and they were in the 50K range. Then today they are 14.4K, and the data for the past weeks is showing they were in the 14K range. Why would his monthly listeners data have been changed for previous days? If someone could please address these issues, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
