unironically i would say 80s john hughes type rom com soundtracks -- right now i am listening to erasure radio and it plays that kind of music the best cliche 80s if you are really not doing well, then i would say listen to Sorrow by Kekht Arakh the screaming helps when you feel like you literally can't and the world is crashing and burning (literally in LA) i have a whole playlist on spotify of just screaming and synths its very dark wave goth but not as extreme as, like richmond avenal music like Cradle of filth ❤️ hope this helps and i pray you feel better! everything is temporary -- even life -- you will survive you got this!!!! i prolly wont tho haha
