I have also canceled the subscription for the account linked to your community profile on my end. You can still enjoy the benefits of your subscription until this billing cycle ends, and you won't be charged again. Hi @4corsa,  To clarify, does the music switch when listening to your collected stations? Or are you listening to an album or playlist, and the music switches over to one of your collected stations before making it through the full album or playlist? I want to clarify this because I can see that the subscription on the account linked to the email you used on for your community profile is for Pandora Plus, not Premium, and it also seems you have used a couple of Pandora Premium Sessions before you posted your comment on the Community. When you accept a complimentary Premium Access session of Pandora Premium from Pandora (by interacting with an advertisement in order to listen to content on-demand), you'll automatically be transitioned into the Premium experience, which looks a little different from our radio-only or Pandora Plus experiences.  These Premium Access sessions allow you to create playlists, or collect songs or albums to listen to right away, rather than waiting to hear them play on a station. When your Premium Access session expires you'll be returned to your normal Pandora app experience, but we'll automatically save your on-demand music collection for your next Premium experience. So if you were listening to an album or playlist, you will automatically be sent back to the free service at the end of the Premium session, and will be brought back to one of your collected stations instead. If you're eager to jump back into Pandora Premium, you can always upgrade your account or check your trial eligibility on our upgrade page.  Let me know if this helps or if it seems to be something different.  ... That's correct, although you can search for any song/artist/album with Pandora Plus, on-demand listening is a Premium-only feature, so you need to have a Premium subscription or enable a Premium Acess session to listen to the song. Also I wanted to thank you for bringing our attention to this.  Most of the songs in our collection will be eligible to be played without restrictions, but you may encounter some songs that are unavailable or labeled "Radio Only" due to our current licensing restrictions. In the meantime, you can create a station that will play similar songs and artists, based on an artist or a particular song. We are continuously working on increasing the amount of songs which can be played on stations, on-demand, or offline.      ... That's correct, while your Pandora account can be logged into as many devices as you like, you can only stream from one device at a time per account (unless you are routing the audio into a system with multiple speakers, such as a Sonos system). So you need to make sure all your devices that you'll be using simultaneously are logged into different accounts. When you upgrade to the Family Plan, you and up to five other accounts can access all the benefits of Pandora Premium while maintaining your individual accounts. You can create or add a second account to your family plan if you want two personal devices to play at the same time. So, if your wife and you, @qwertylicious03, want to listen at the same time, each of you need to make sure you are logged into your own individual accounts. Hope this helps clarify!   ... View more
