Hi @Behihm , Thanks for posting! The Thumbrint Radio is a station created based on all your Thumb feedback accross your stations. Yes, as a Premium subscriber, you can create playlists and then download them so you can listen offline. To create a new playlist, start by going to My Collection. Tap the downward arrow (or “carat”) below the album art to filter your content, then select Playlists. Next, tap + New Playlist, enter a name, and tap Next. You can then use the search bar to find and add your favorite songs or albums. You can also create playlists directly from the Now Playing screen or while searching for music, just tap the three dots below the album art and choose to add the track to a new or existing playlist. Once your playlist is created, Pandora can even suggest additional songs you might like to add. Once you have your Playlist, you can download them by tapping the icon with the arrow pointing downward. Hope this helps! ... View more

Do you want to know a secret by the Beatles. Or more modern with RnB: This Is by Ella Mai. While We're Young by Jhené Aiko However I'm not quite sure if these work for a long ride. I think they are beautiful songs but when I trlavel I like to listen to soemthing more lively: How Deep Is Your Love by Calvin Harris and Disciples Love Me Two Times by The Doors I saw her standing there by the Beatles Love me do by the Beatles. And maybe SWIM by BTS Also I loved this song in spanish from an artist I recently discovered: Tatuaje by Sidy La Niña. Can you please tell me: What happens when you open Pandora? Are you able to open the app and then it disconnects? Are you having trouble from the launch of the app? Is there an error message? If yes, what exactly does it say? In the meantime, lets first make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. If you're still having the same problem, then please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps: Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps. Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device. Try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device). First, I would like to clarify that, when you listen to any content on demand (song, playlist, or album), once the content you selected ends, the AutoPlay seamlessly takes over and will start playing similar content based on whatever you were just listening to. Pandora Premium listeners will automatically have access to this feature. However, as a free listener, you need to start a Premium Access session to listen on demand. Once your selected content is over, AutoPlay will follow. That said, if in general you are having trouble with your music stopping when listening on your phone, it may be related to a different situation, rather than the autoplay. So, could you explain what's happening in more detail? The more information you can provide, the better I can help. When this occurs:  Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening? Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?  Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off? Are you using a Bluetooth connection? First, I recommend rebooting the device by shutting it down entirely, then turning it back on and trying Pandora again. If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, not only closing the app but fully uninstalling it (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you).* To do that: Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking."
