I'm sorry for the trouble you have been experiencing with the desktop app.  Regarding the missing close and minimiza buttons issue, we received confirmation that a fix has been released for the issue causing the window controls (minimize, maximize, and close) to be missing from the Pandora desktop app on Windows. For more details, check the accepted soultion from the post Windows Desktop App: Close & Minimze controls missing. Now, regarding the stop issue, can you tell me more about what's happening? Do you experience this when listening through your computer's speakers or are you using a headset/headphones/external speakers? Is there an error message? If so, what does it say? Have you noticed any other patterns? And about your computer: Are you listening on a Mac or Windows computer?  Do you have this issue on any other device or on the web browser? If you also have issues on other devices on a device, what is the make and model? Are you able to enter your password? Do you use a password manager such as Apple Password Manager, or LastPass? If so, could you tell me the name of the password manager you use? I see, thanks for explaining , @RCR1223 ! I think there may be some confusion between how Stations work and how the AutoPlay feature functions. I'll be happy to clarify. In general, when you create a personalized station or listen to a curated station, it is automatically added to your collection so you can listen to it again later and save your preferences. However, based on what you described, it sounds like you might prefer using the AutoPlay feature instead. AutoPlay is active only for a single listening session and will not save the content to your Collection afterward. Let me elaborate on this: When you search for a song, you can either select Play or Create Station. Create Station: Stations are designed for repeated listening and adapt to your taste over time, so, when you tap Create Station, a new Personalized Station is automatically added to your collection. Any thumbs-up or thumbs-down feedback you give on this station will shape your listening experience for that specific station, allowing you to return to it anytime. Play + AutoPlay: If you tap Play instead, your selected song will play. Once it ends, the AutoPlay feature takes over, automatically queueing related songs based on that initial track. Any feedback you provide during an AutoPlay session adjusts only that current session, and nothing from the session will be added to your collected items. Now, it looks like you have a Curated Station so I would like to make a nore on this topic too: Curated Stations stations specially crafted by our curation teams based on specific moods, activities, or genres—such as the 80s station you mentioned previously. When you press play on a Curated Station, it is automatically saved to your Collection so you can easily find it again. If you prefer not to add stations to your Collection, the best approach is to search for a specific song, press Play, and let AutoPlay handle the rest of your session. Now, if you are trying to start a song and when you press Play, instead of playing the song it creates a brand new station I will need you to please share the name of the song you are trying to play and if you can, please take a screenshot of what's happening and upload it on this thread so I can check that. ... Thanks for explaining @RCR1223 . Sorry for any confusion! First, I would like to clarify that any item that you save on your Pandora is automatically added to your collection and is visible under the "My Collection" tab on both, the app and the website. However, if you don't want to see all of your collected items at once, you can easily filter "My Collection" by Stations, Songs, Albums, Playlists, Podcasts, or Episodes. Filtering restricts the view to only your selected category, so if you only want to see your Playlists without all your added songs and stations cluttering the view, you can filter your content by following these steps: Select My  Collection. On My Collection, just below the Recently Played Carousel you should see Collection | All (with a small caret right next to it). Tap on the the caret on the far right side of your screen. Finally, from the drop doen menu, you can select wether you want to sort by Albums, Songs, Stations, Playlists or Artists. In you case you can select Playlists and it will only show you your colected playlists,.  Note: Stations can be further arranged by A-Z by tapping on the caret once more and toggling the option to sort stations alphabetically.  Now, regarding the Automatically Generated "Thumbs Up" Playlists, after you have thumbed up enough songs on any given station you've created, we'll automatically generate a "Thumbs Up" playlist for that station. In other words, we'll collect your thumbs up from that station into a unique playlist, so you can access all of your favorite tracks whenever you want. To edit one of these automatically generated playlists, go to My Collection and tap the name of the playlist you'd like to edit. Next, tap the Edit icon (below the playlist title and album art). To remove songs, either scroll down and press the "-" to the left of the song you'd like to remove, or simply swipe the song title to the left. You can also delete your automatically generated playlist altogether. After opening the playlist you want to delete, tap the Edit icon, scroll down and select Delete Playlist. Hi @Shera, welcome to the Pandora community! To delete a song on your playlist, first go to My Collection and tap the name of the playlist you'd like to edit. Once you are on edit you can rename, reorder or delete items form the playlist. To remove songs from your playlist: In Edit mode, tap the "-" next to the track. Press Done to confirm your changes. Hi @sdavisimpala , Thanks very much for your feedback -- I've noted it for our product team. It's very helpful as we work to improve the service. Thumbs are station specific, so in order to check all the thumbs up you have given you need to check the stations individually. We understand this can be a bit complicated, so you can also go to "My Profile" to check your most recent thumbs up, or, as a Premium listener, you can also look for your "My Thumbs Up" Playlist which should show all the songs you have given thumbs up to. It looks like the most recent renewal that should have gone through on 08/31/2026 hasn't gone through yet, so you may need to check your payment information within Google Play. Unfortuantely, we aren't able to manage subscriptions initiated through the T-Mobile Buy billing system, so we cannot change your susbcription from one account to another. To manage your subscription, you will need to log into  T-Mobile or the T-Mobile app using your T-Mobile ID to manage your add-ons. You're correct, your Pandora should not be stopping, and specially when you’re out as getting Pandora to play again can completely ruin the flow of your ride.  It seems like this isn't  generalized issue impacting all users on this version. Audio interruption bugs like this can be tied to specific device configurations, connected hardware, or how iOS handles background audio sessions during call overrides. So, getting a few extra details about your exact setup will help us pinpoint why iOS is preventing Pandora from reclaiming playback control on your phone. When you have a moment, could you share: How are you listening during your rides? Are you using bluetooth earbuds, bone-conduction headphones, wired headphones, or a portable speaker? Does it also stop when listening straight out of the phone speakers or when connected to your car? Are you using mobile data or listening to your offline content? When you take your phone out to fix it, what state is the app in? Is your music just paused or has the app completely crashed/closed Are you also disconnected when you open a new app? Or just with incoming calls? Are yoou listening to stations, to a playlist, to autoplay?  In the meantime, if you'd like you can try the steps described here to troubleshoot. This can clear cached data that may be blockong media playback from auto-resuming after an incoming call stops. We want to get this sorted so you can get back to uninterrupted rides. In the meantime, please try playing the same podcast from your mobile device and through a web browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, and let me know if you have the same experience. It would also be helpful to know which episode you were trying to listen to. Was it one of the more recent releases or an older episode? If possible, please share the episode title.
