Decline in subscribers, where is the ambition? The number of Pandora subscribers continues to decline. There are now just under 5.9 million. In the third quarter, 76,000 subscribers left. Compared to a year ago, there are 285,000 fewer subscribers. How can Pandora stop this decline? I see nothing in the commentary on the quarterly results about improvements to the Pandora music service. It appears that the focus is mainly on content adjustments at SiriusXM (political and sports channels, podcasts). Hi there, When I listen to Yacht Rock Radio, I notice the selection is so limited. I hear an estimated 40 to 50 songs that keep repeating. I try to influence the playlist with thumbs up and thumbs down, and I also skip songs regularly. Eventually, I do hear a new song now and then, but often it doesn’t strike me as yacht rock. For example, In My Life by The Beatles, Long Cool Woman by The Hollies, Fast Car by Tracy Chapman, or Careless Whisper by George Michael. I find that very disappointing. When I listen to WYRM’s Yacht Rock Miami, I’m well catered to. I hear dozens of suitable songs—a very refreshing listening experience. Why is it so disappointing on Pandora? Hello everyone. I’m Dutch. I discovered Pandora in 2006 and it's still a fantastic service. I'm still in love.
