To help me better understand what’s happening with playback stopping, could you share:
What are you listening to (station, album, playlist, or podcast)?
Are you receiving any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?
It's also helpful to know:
Are you on a Mac or Windows computer?
If you're using Windows, which OS version are you running (Windows 10, Windows 11)?
Are you listening through our website or the Pandora Desktop App?
If you're using the website, which browser and version are you using?
Playback stops after 1 song on iOS:
Could you explain what's happening in more detail? The more information you can provide, the better I can help.
When this issue occurs:
Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?
Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?
Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?
Are you using a Bluetooth connection?
Additionally, please provide both your iOS and Pandora app versions:
iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
