To clarify, when you ask Alexa to shuffle your stations, it responds with "I cannot turn shuffle on your Pandora stations" and when you ask for it to play a specific station, it responds that it's shuffling the station? I see that you have a recent connection with your Alexa device. Did un-linking and re-linking change your experience at all? In the meantime, let's check on you Alexa Voice History. From the Alexa app from your mobile device: Open the Alexa app. Go to More (three lines). Select Alexa Privacy > Review Voice History. Choose a date range, device, or profile to view entries. You’ll see what Alexa heard and can listen to a recording of your command. If Alexa didn’t respond correctly, give feedback using the thumbs-down option. I'm happy to report your experience to our engineering team.
