If you don't have the Alexa app installed on your phone, you should be able to unlink through the Amazon website.
You'll need to log into your Amazon account, and visit the Alexa Skills page, find the Pandora app, and select Disable Skill.
If you continue to have trouble, I recommend reaching out to Amazon Support for further assistance.
