Thanks so much for providing those details, and the screenshots, @TheEverling. Our engineering team was able to take a look and discovered that there is in fact a bug on the EDM Hits Radio station. However, this specific station should only have Curated Modes, not the additional options (Discover, Artist Only, etc.) that you are able to see. This is why the mode doesn’t appear to work when you click on it. Thanks for reporting this, and for your patience during this process. 🎧

Hi, @Mariisooooll. 👋 Thanks so much for posting about the sleep timer feature. Unfortunately, that isn't an option at this time. I would recommend creating a feature suggestion as other listeners may be interested in a longer sleep timer option too. You can create a new suggestion here. To upvote feature requests, click on the 💙icon next to the title of the request to express your interest in seeing that option implemented. Hope to see you around the community space more often! 🎧

Hi, @CHL007. 👋 I moved your post over to a separate thread as you're using an Android device. Could you share a few more details about what's happening? Do this issue only happen when you're connected in your vehicle? How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux) Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay? Or, does this issue occur when you listen from your Note 21 Ultra individually (not connected to anything)? Have you received any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say? Let me know, and I can follow up with you. 🎧 Use your mobile device only when conditions allow and as permitted by applicable law.

Importing purchased music or music from other services/platforms isn't a feature of Pandora. If you're noticing that artists / albums / tracks are missing from our collection, we encourage you to post in this thread: Music Suggestions All music suggestions are reported to our curation team for further review. In the meantime, we do have an existing feature suggestion that you may be interested in upvoting here: Import / Export music from or to other platforms In order to upvote an idea, click on the 💙icon next to the title of the request, and leave a comment. Hi there, @TheEverling. 👋 Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Which station does this issue occur with? Also, would you be able to send over a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing when you select My Station? To take a screenshot on your Android device, press the Home button and the Power button (on the right side of your phone) at the same time. You may hear a camera shutter sound (if your volume is turned on), and your screen will be captured. To access your screenshots, go to the Gallery and look in the Screenshots folder. Send this photo as an attachment to your next post. Let me know. 🎧

HI there, @trufflE. 👋 Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Which web browser are you using? Are you using the Pandora Desktop App for Windows / MAC? Could you send over a screenshot of the exact error message you're seeing? I've included instructions below. ++ Screenshot: If you have a Windows machine please try using the Snipping Tool. You can find specifics about this tool and how to use it here. Then attach that file in your next post. If you have a Mac: Hold down the Shift key and the Command key (which may have an Apple logo and/or a 'four-leaf clover' type symbol). Then, while still holding down these keys, press the 3 key. This will save the screenshot as a file on your desktop. If you hit the 4 key instead, it will give you a target allowing you to drag a box around only the item that you want to take a screenshot of. Attach that file in your next message. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

Shut down your device completely; Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in; Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up; Turn your device back on and try Pandora again. If Pandora still isn't working, could you check if you're able to connect to your network using another streaming service, such as YouTube? I hope this helps. Feel free to let me know how it goes. 🎧

Let's try running through the standard troubleshooting steps while I have a trace enabled on your Pandora account. You can find the steps here: Android Troubleshooting ++ If you still have trouble, can you send over a bit more info about your device? Model: Carrier: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version: If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number. If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? Let me know how it goes. 🎧
