First, I would recommend ensuring that you're updated to the latest version of the Google Clock app on your device. Yes, you're correct. @misha_sql  The screenshot you posted is the older Pandora One Desktop app. However, this version is no longer supported. Hey, @rob71350. 👋 It sounds like you're copying the URL from the website to your desktop icon bar.  I would recommend downloading the Pandora Desktop app for Windows computers instead. Desktop App: You can find the Pandora app in the Windows Store on your device. Search for Pandora in the upper right corner and click Get to install. Please note: Downloading any app from the Windows Store will require that you have a Microsoft account and password. If not, I would definitely recommend trying out the following: Reset the Pandora app from the Help menu (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you). As you may know, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password.
