Hi everyone, I'm adding my voice to this thread because I've been dealing with this exact same issue on my iPhone 13 mini (iOS 26.5, Pandora version 2605.1). My stations get completely stuck on the green "syncing" arrow and never actually finish downloading. I have already gone through the entire standard troubleshooting checklist: toggling offline mode, completely deleting and reinstalling the app, verifying my available storage (I have nearly 90 GB free), and keeping the app open in the foreground for hours with the screen set to never sleep. Nothing works. As a loyal user and former Pandora employee, I'm genuinely disappointed. A primary reason I pay for a subscription is to have offline music for my upcoming multi-day backpacking trips to Yosemite and Sequoia/Kings Canyon in July and September. Right now, I functionally don't have access to the service I'm paying for. Since this is clearly a widespread, known bug that prevents us from using a core Premium feature, can a community moderator please advise on an estimated timeline for a fix from the engineering team? It’s January 20, 2024 and I’m a paying subscriber to Pandora Premium having the exact same issue with tracks skipping. I have already tried the debugging steps. When I use Spotify I do not have this issue so it’s clearly a bug with Pandora’s iOS app. I am extremely disappointed that there is not any fix for a major software bug like this for over a year. Thanks for your help. Yes, I also see the "Pandora will sync when located near your phone" message. Screenshot below However, the main issue is that offline music never downloads to the Apple Watch.
