To clarify, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.
To access your account on a new device, just make sure to sign in using the email address your original Pandora account is registered with.

@lanell To access Pandora on a mobile device, you will first need to install the Pandora app.
Once the app is installed, you should be able to sign in using the email address and password associated with your account.
If you run into any issues, please let me know what the make and model of your new phone is.
@lanell There isn't a separate app for Pandora Plus.
To clarify, are you looking to upgrade to Pandora Plus for the first time?
Or are you already paying for a Pandora Plus subscription on a separate account, and need help logging in?
