Why is there no listing for Customer Service, no phone or email? Frustrating wasting time with this to ask a question!!

It shouldn't waste too much time. I've actually never seen a more prompt team in my life. @AdamPandora & @ErickPandora & the other moderators have been nothing but helpful since I've been a member, and their response time is generally unbelievable. There should be a help feature here in the community forum, and I've usually found that someone has asked my question before. However, you can also use the "help" link at the bottom and chat directly with a support specialist. They're amazing, too. Just sharing some light. I hope this helps!

I've been trying to contact customer service. I filled out the contact form and sent an email directly. I have received no response.
Is Pandora going under? Do I have to try something else? I will at least have to cancel my premium account if I can't even get help getting it to work.
